[Citizens Only] New City for Citizens

As many of you have heard of the newest and latest party tonight for Citizens Only. The server is for only Citizens to Access, as I quite said. This is FOR ONLY CITIZENS, Watermelon, the newest city for Citizens. I was going to take a picture but I lost it, sorry!
